As an Outside Parts Salesperson, you will be responsible for driving sales by building and maintaining relationships with customers in the field. You'll represent our company by providing expert advice on parts and solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting their fleet maintenance needs. This role requires a self-motivated, results-driven individual with a passion for customer service and a deep knowledge of parts. Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to drive parts sales

Visit customer sites regularly to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions

Advise customers on parts selection, availability, and pricing

Promote and sell a wide range of parts and services to maximize sales opportunities

Provide excellent customer service and follow up to ensure satisfaction

Monitor inventory levels and work with the parts department to ensure availability of high-demand products

Attend sales meetings, trade shows, and training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge

Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record

Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the truck or parts industry

Strong knowledge of heavy-duty truck and trailer parts

Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships

Proficient in using sales software and Microsoft Office Suite

Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory
