One of our food processing clients in Winnipeg MB is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their manufacturing facility.
Shift - Night
Perform preventive corrective and predictive maintenance on food processing and packaging equipment
Troubleshoot mechanical electrical pneumatic and hydraulic systems
Support breakdown maintenance to minimize downtime and production losses
Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs
Ensure all work complies with food safety GMP HACCP and sanitation standards
Assist with installation modification and commissioning of new equipment
Perform routine inspections to identify potential failures
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Licensed / Ticketed:
~ Millwright red seal license holder
Minimum 2 years of experience in food manufacturing or similar industrial environment
Knowledge of conveyors fillers mixers ovens packaging lines and refrigeration systems
Basic PLC troubleshooting is an asset
Ability to work rotating shifts and weekends
