MIG Production Welder

We’re looking for a skilled MIG & TIG Welder to join our team in a steady, production-focused environment. This role involves welding and assembling metal parts using established procedures and fixtures to ensure consistency and quality. If you’re reliable, detail-oriented, and prefer predictable, hands-on work, we’d like to hear from you. Minimum 2 years of MIG & TIG welding experience.
Comfortable performing consistent, production welding.
Able to follow written and spoken instructions in English.
Robotic welding experience is an asset, but not required (training opportunities available).
Work Environment: Fast-paced production setting with repetitive tasks.
Shift: Afternoon shift - Monday to Thursday, 4:15 PM to 2:15 AM (40 hours per week).
Schedule Perk: Every Friday off (no rotating shifts).
Pay: CA$22 - CA$26 per hour (hourly rate based on experience and weld test. ).
Additional $1.50/hour night‑shift premium for all hours worked on the Monday - Thursday afternoon shift (4:15 PM - 2:15 AM).
Available after probation period.
Reviews: Performance and wage reviews at 3, 6, and 12 months.
