Part time Guest Service Agent Needed

Do you enjoy outdoor adventure? We are looking to fill the position of Guest Services Agent at Fernie Alpine Resort . The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and a positive attitude. Process season pass requests online and in person, print and distribute passes
Respond to inquiries in person, via email and phone
Address customer service-related questions and concerns, escalating to the Guest Services Team Leader where appropriate
Ensure daily communication between various departments and within team as needed (Food & Beverage, Mountain Operations, Retail & Rental, etc.) to provide accurate and up to date information to guests about resort services and products
Know and adhere to the policies, rules and protocols outlined in the RCR Employee Handbook
Previous professional work experience in a customer service role
Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and Point-of-Sale (POS) systems – an asset
Previous experience in a mountain or resort setting - an asset
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings and holidays
A passion for sports and the outdoors
Competitive wage: $19.00/hour

This is a part-time weekend position with 4-hour morning shifts.
