Armour Security & Protection Services Corporation is one of the fastest-growing results-driven security companies in British Columbia now expanding rapidly across Alberta .
We are currently looking for experienced professional and reliable Use of Force Certified Security Guards to join our team in Calgary for long-term positions at high-end retail and tactical sites .
We are hiring for active patrol and high-visibility roles not for guards who stand around or use their phones.
These sites are closely monitored by clients and performance expectations are high.
Apply approved Use of Force techniques when necessary following policy and law
Valid Alberta Security Guard License (ABST)
Physically fit and able to stand/patrol for full shifts
Reliable punctual and accountable no phone use or distractions on post
Minimum 2 years of security experience preferred
18.00/hour Use of Force Certified Guards

Afternoon and evening tactical shifts

At Armour Security we have zero tolerance for poor performance.
If youre late careless or unprofessional you will be terminated immediately and your record will reflect it.
Generate new business through cold calls warm leads emails and networking Make 80 calls per day and book at least 8 meetings per week with prospects Close sales and ensure successful onboarding of new clients Oversee post-sale operations including hiring training and scheduling guards Ensure staff coverage monitor attendance and handle emergency staffing requests Collaborate with the Regional Manager and National Director on growth strategies Manage client invoicing and follow up on payments Attend industry events trade shows and networking functions Track client needs and tailor security service solutions accordingly Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of sales experience or a strong desire to build a career in sales Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and within a team Detail-oriented organized and driven to meet targets Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM tools Security industry experience is an asset but not required Must be able to travel locally to meet clients in person.
