Applications Support Analyst - Remote

3 Java Developers and 2 Production Support Analysts. For us, SQL and Java are just languages to express our ideas. TECHNICAL STACK:

JAVA │ SQL │ Python │ Selenium │PowerShell │ GIT │ Jenkins │Docker │Kubernetes │Unix/Linux
Providing technical and functional support (level 2 and 3) for our Payment applications, solving production system issues and reporting incidents to the appropriate chain of command.
Developing applications to automate manual operational tasks as well as build custom, real-time, monitoring tools and reports.
Performing post-deployment testing of new releases (quality assurance).
Building and developing new features.
Helping the team to improve the CI/CD practices and to automatize tasks.
Taking part to the projects and the transversal tasks of the service.
Willing to work on a shift and on-call rotation, with occasional weekend requirements.
At least 3 years in an Application Support / Production Support / DevOps Support position.
University degree in computer science, DEC or equivalent technical Certifications
Effectively manage the customer relationship with the end-user community.
Good understanding of the Agile and Continuous delivery.
Technical Must Have:
Comfortable working on UNIX/Linux and Windows environments
Prior work experience or desire to further develop Java Programming skills
Prior experience in test driven environments
