Reporting to the Manager, CSC Analytics as a Data Analyst you will focus on supporting our high growth business segment in accelerating the growth and application of analytics in driving value. You will leverage practical experience in applying varied data analysis techniques & offering advice/inputs to help with solving complex business problems.
Work closely with business partners to identify complex business problems to solve and provide data driven solutions
- Provide automation support for key data and business processes
- Operationalize reporting processes and synthesize key metrics into impactful and insightful dashboards to monitor and assess the success of the business initiatives/performance
- Perform reporting automation, self-serve analytics enablement, and promote the culture of analytics-driven decision making
You are drawn to discovering and leveraging new data and taking on challenging business puzzles
~ You are a student at heart who is constantly learning the business, to uncover potential growth opportunities
2 + years industry experience working with data (i.e., quantitative analysis experience, including handling, manipulating, and analyzing data, hypothesis testing, data modelling and data visualization)
- 3 + years experience with SQL. Comfortable writing accurate, efficient, complex SQL queries to extract and integrate data from multiple database sources
- In-depth prioritization, planning, and change management skills to stay within time/scope of a task in a fast-paced environment
- What technical skills will you need?
- Developer of Tableau, CRM Analytics, Salesforce
- Working knowledge of Python and Hyperscaler platforms
