Child Care Director (Full Time)

Job Responsibility:
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Child Care Director to lead our early childhood education program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to providing a nurturing and educational environment for children. As the Child Care Director, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure compliance with state regulations while fostering a positive atmosphere for both children and caregivers.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement age-appropriate educational programs that promote the social, emotional, and cognitive development of children.
Supervise and support classroom staff, providing guidance and training to ensure high-quality caregiving practices.
Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for children, families, and staff.
Conduct regular assessments of children's progress and communicate findings with parents or guardians.
Ensure compliance with all licensing regulations, health standards, and safety protocols.
Manage budgets, resources, and supplies effectively to support program needs.
Foster positive relationships with families through regular communication and involvement in the program.
Organize events and activities that engage families and promote community involvement.
Experience
A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience working with children in a caregiving or educational setting.
Strong understanding of early childhood development principles and best practices.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
Effective communication skills to interact with children, parents, and team members.
Experience in classroom management and curriculum development is highly desirable.

Pay: $55,860.00-$62,000.00 per year
