Industrial Maintenance Millwright FULL TIME

TalentWorld is recruiting Millwrights (433A) in Guelph, Ontario for one of our valued manufacturing partners.
If you are a licensed Millwright with strong mechanical troubleshooting skills, this is an opportunity to join an established manufacturing environment with multiple openings available. Stamping press experience is definitely of interest, but if your background includes heavy industrial equipment, presses, hydraulics, pneumatics, or automated machinery, we want to have a conversation.
40.00 to $45.00 per hour, based on experience
- Full-time, permanent opportunity
- Day and afternoon shift openings
- Established manufacturing environment
- Variety of production and press equipment
Millwright Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, adjust, repair, and maintain production machinery
- Diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment failures
- Repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components
- Replace basic electrical components including sensors, switches, and cables
- Complete preventative and predictive maintenance
- Assemble, install, level, align, and relocate machinery
- Perform MIG welding, cutting, brazing, grinding, drilling, and fabrication
- Support pipe fitting, compressors, ventilation, and general facility maintenance
Millwright Qualifications:
- Valid Ontario Millwright 433A Certificate of Qualification
- Industrial manufacturing maintenance experience
- Experience troubleshooting production machinery and equipment
- Stamping press experience is a strong asset and something we would love to discuss
- Knowledge of press safety and press code requirements is an asset
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
