Temporary - anticipated 70 hours bi-weekly to June 1 2026
Classification/Salary: Social Program Officer (Growth to R24) / Position starts at $39.30 to $41.65 hourly
Team: North Tri Ports
Courtenay (hybrid 3 days in office and 2 days work from home after passing a 6-month probation)

As a Facilitator at CLBC you will represent CLBC as the primary contact for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. Providing information about informal community supports generic services CLBC services and peer and family support services available
Assist individuals and families in connecting to their community to build on the strengths and assets of the individual
Preference will be given to candidates with a Bachelor of Social Work or an equivalent degree
Experience working in the Community Living field with children youth or adults with developmental disabilities and their families
Local travel may be required
Possession of a class 5 drivers license and a clean drivers abstract are required
