Focusing on transportation services for ground shipments within Canada and USA, growing the team and actively seeking an experience Logistics Coordinator / Dispatch to support clients needs.

• Permanent full time Monday-Friday, 8AM-4PM window, flexible working hours

• Full training of computer system and tasks

Providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assist customers with freight-related needs and questions

• Updating customer web portables with up-to-date information on deliveries
• Responding to email and phone for freight requests
• Preparation of operating documents for drivers, invoices, ensure all billing and driver information is accurate
• 3 years experience in transport industry asset based
• Bilingualism is preferred but open to English with functional French
• Customer service oriented
