One of the most important roles in the Restaurant, Dish Washers are responsible for managing the cleanliness and sanitation of the scullery area. They are integral in providing our Guests with perfect food, every time by making sure the kitchen has clean dishes! They support both the Heart of House and Front of House by making sure the team has everything they need to do their jobs.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintaining a clean and well organized working enviornment.
wash sanitize and properly store dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment.
keep dishwahing and kitchen area clean and organized.
follow safety, hygiene and sanitaton standards at all times.
follow company policies and workplace procedures.
must be able to work till 2am.
remain reliable and punctual for scheduled shifts.
complete end-of ninght cleaning and closing duties.
