Fountain Tire Estevan an established automotive repair shop is looking for a friendly and knowledgeableindividual to join our team as an Inside Sales Representative!

Primary Responsibilities:
Creating work orders and arranging bookings and communicating them to the technicians
Provide service quotes and receive customer authorization for work to be performed on vehicles finalize sales and complete customer follow up.
Provide proactive calls to customers to determine their satisfaction level with the service they have received
Recommend tire service specialty tire service wheel and mechanical service to customers
Ensure that all products are billed accurately to the customer and process all necessary information in the computer system.
Keep promotional material updated in the showroom.
Participate in all safety initiatives as required or assigned to guarantee safety at Fountain Tire including customers and staff on the road site or field.
Complete assigned e-learning and safety courses and adhering to standards and policies as described in learning modules.
Assist in inventory management through documentation processes and annual inventory counts
What does it take to get on track
Experience in the automotive industry as a Service Advisor Parts Advisor or Inside Salesperson is required
Effective listening skills with the ability to identify customer needs and provide recommendations
Working knowledge of passenger light truck and specialty tires and mechanical services
Must possess a valid drivers license and be able to provide a satisfactory passenger or commercial Drivers Abstract
Excellent customer service and a great attitude are a must
