The Product Manager, Technical owns the ongoing health and management of a portfolio of SaaS data connectors in partnership with Fivetran’s product and engineering teams. You will partner with customers & other product managers to understand customer requirements, set priorities, ensure that requirements are translated into workable epics and stories. This is a full-time position based out of our Toronto, Canada office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team. Monitor the health and performance of the connector portfolio

Work closely with the larger product team to plan and prioritize feature development

Participate in scrum ceremonies

Work with customers for research, connector onboarding and triaging of incidents

Understand both the technical details and desired business outcomes to drive for results

Strong SQL skills

Previous experience working as a product manager, product owner, technical program manager, or data analyst role

Experience working with engineering or technical delivery teams

Experience working in an Agile environment

A deep sense of empathy for the customer, ensuring that all solutions are customer-focused and deliver significant value.

The compensation range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire compensation for the target position and level, and may include sales incentives or target bonuses depending on the role. Within the range, individual compensation is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, business need, market demands. 127,029—$152,435 CAD
