Ready to be part of this global family of companies making a difference in the quality of life for patients around the world? Lakeland Respiratory (LLR) a Canadian home healthcare subsidiary of Air Liquide Home Healthcare, is currently recruiting an energetic and motivated Client Service Technician/Shipper Receiver for our Vegreville location. The Client Service Technician will deliver and transport medical gas products and equipment to clients and institutions.
Sets up homecare equipment at patients' home, provides training to new clients and responds to requests from current clients.
Provides client education on equipment function, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Performs technical checks and reviews safety instructions with clients.
Maintains up-to-date documentation by completing appropriate records for technical visits including equipment exchanges, deliveries, and pick-up of equipment.
Ensures operation of medical equipment by completing preventative maintenance requirements
Ensures safe supply of gases to clients homes and transporting medical gases according to procedures and regulations.
Ensures correct loading of vehicle by identifying product requirements for the day/week, and unloading product or material in compliance with safety and legislative requirements.
Performs warehouse duties in the branches (IE: stocking shelves with supplies, shipping and receiving of products, and equipment cleaning and disinfection of patient equipment).
Provides after hour service to clients by participating in branch on-call rotation.

High School Diploma and/or equivalent combination of education and experience

• 2-3 years of consecutive commercial driving/delivery experience .
• Strong written and oral communication skills (verbal and written) in English
• Basic computer / tablet skills
• Good to have a knowledge of use and maintenance of respiratory home care equipment preferred; Good to have basic mechanical/repair skills
