As Growth Marketing Lead, you will be the marketing champion for your assigned business unit (BU), owning the execution of full-funnel, multi-channel campaigns that drive lead generation, pipeline acceleration, and revenue growth. Reporting to the Director, Growth Marketing, you will be responsible for aligning content, email marketing, paid media, and ABM strategies with BU priorities and sales objectives.
You will collaborate closely with sales, performance marketing, digital content, and analytics teams to ensure marketing efforts support pipeline development and revenue impact.
Own BU Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns tailored to BU-specific goals, target audiences, and revenue objectives.
Lead Full-Funnel Campaign Management: Oversee awareness, demand generation, and pipeline acceleration campaigns, ensuring seamless alignment between content, email marketing, and paid media.
Collaborate with Sales: Partner with BU sales teams to ensure marketing initiatives support sales enablement and pipeline growth.
Align with Performance Marketing & Digital Content: Work closely with paid media, SEO, and content teams to optimize campaign performance and maximize lead quality.
Drive Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Initiatives: Develop and execute targeted ABM programs to accelerate engagement with high-value accounts.
Measure & Optimize Campaign Performance: Leverage marketing analytics, attribution models, and real-time dashboards to track campaign impact and refine strategies.
Support Business Unit-Specific Initiatives: Adapt and execute corporate marketing initiatives specific to your BU's audience, industry, and growth strategy.
7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, campaign execution, or demand generation.
- Proven experience in full-funnel marketing, including lead nurturing, paid media, and sales alignment.
- Strong background in account-based marketing (ABM) and enterprise-level pipeline acceleration strategies.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and coordinate campaigns across multiple marketing disciplines.
- Analytical mindset, with experience in multi-touch attribution, campaign analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM tools (Salesforce, Dynamics 365).
- Bilingual (French/English) preferred.
Ability to develop and implement data-driven, high-impact marketing campaigns.
Experience working closely with sales, content, and paid media teams to align marketing strategies.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong understanding of campaign performance metrics and optimization techniques.
Project Management Excellence: Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while ensuring on-time execution.
Adaptability & Innovation: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a test-and-learn mindset.
