Shift Cook

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for the preparation of food with regard to the standards and recipes of the restaurant. Follows the Steps of SIRvice to create a memorable unique and exceptional Guest Experience providing consistent service as we master the Art of Hospitality by delivering an authentic craveable experience for every Guest every time.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to bend at the waist and lift items up to 50 lbs. to waist level.
Ability to move items up to 50 lbs. for distances of up to 25 feet.
Ability to remain standing and active for an 8-12 hour shift.
Ability to tolerate exposure to cold (below -18C) and hot temperatures (above 60C) throughout the shift.
Ability to hear understand and respond to Team Members requests in a loud environment.
Skill and coordination at using hands to perform kitchen duties such as cutting vegetables and preparing menu items.
Minimum Qualifications:
Ability to communicate in English verbally and in writing.
Available to work all restaurants operating hours based on said set availability.
Food Handler Certification is desirable.
Reliable transportation to and from work.
Ability to perform basic math functions.
Previous restaurant experience or culinary education is an asset.
Ability to understand and follow directions from others.
