Technology Architect - Azure Cloud Architect

Cloud (Azure) Engineer (Toronto) Location Hybrid work in Toronto, ON : About The Role FDM is a global business and technology consultancy delivering client and industry driven solutions through our 5 core specialist Practices; Software Engineering, Data & Analytics, IT Operations, Change & Transformation, and Risk, Regulation & Compliance.
FDM is seeking a Cloud Engineer in Toronto, ON to work for our client within the insurance sector. This role is initially for 12 months and will be hybrid with requirements to be in the Toronto office 3 days per week.
Designs, develops, tests, delivers, maintains, and improves business applications and works across full-stack through entire software development lifecycle.
Translates user requirements into software requirements.
Build quality codes according to specifications and standards.
Collaborate with different people across the business unit and members both inside and outside of the team for technical specification and requirements gathering.
Work on both frontend and backend stack and broaden your knowledge on the ever-expanding technology.
Participates in Agile sprints and ceremonies; 3 to 5 years of solid software engineering experience.

• Azure Power Platform, Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions, Power Apps, Power Automation, Azure Storage, CosmoDB and SQL
• Solid experience using code repository or source control such as GitHub
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps principles, test-driven development, continuous integration, and other approaches to accelerate the delivery of new features.
• Experience in Agile scrum methodologies and experience of working with an Agile team.
