Buyer (Procurement Analyst)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Administrator to manage procurement activities and support our production operations. This role will be responsible for processing purchase orders, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of materials required for our manufacturing processes. This is an in office position located in Brantford, On.
Maintain accurate procurement records and update internal databases.
Manage all documentation related to purchasing department.
Process and track purchase orders to meet production schedules and inventory needs.
Research and evaluate suppliers to obtain the best combination of quality, price, and delivery.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and production teams to identify supply requirements.
Communicate with vendors to confirm order details, resolve discrepancies, and schedule deliveries.
Maintain accurate procurement records and update internal databases.
Collaborate with finance and production departments to reconcile invoices and address billing issues.
Support the Purchasing Manager with reporting, analysis, and special projects as needed.
3+ years of administrative experience
- Previous experience in a purchasing, procurement, or administration role
