Todd Lalonde Insurance Agency has been in business in Midland for 35 years and continues to grow each year. As an Insurance Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to current clients and providing sales support to new clients. A General License (OTL) will be required or be willing to obtain, along with multi-tasking skills and proficiency with phones and computers will be an asset. Training is offered in-office to allow for a successful career in the insurance industry. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
Service/Sales experience
Successful track record of meeting service and sales goals/quotas preferred
Proactive in problem solving and proficient in Microsoft Office: Word and Outlook
Must have strong integrity, ethics, and adhere to regulatory compliance
