IIQAF is looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our dedicated team in Windsor. This full-time, on-site position plays a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely entry of data within our Hospital/Health Care environment.
As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for managing patient records, inputting vital information, and supporting our healthcare professionals in maintaining accurate documentation. Your contributions will help streamline our operations and improve the quality of care we provide to our patients.

Responsibilities
Accurately enter and update patient information in databases
Verify data integrity and perform regular audits
Assist in organizing and maintaining patient records
Support administrative tasks as needed within the department
Respond to inquiries regarding data and record management
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure data accuracy
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Adhere to compliance regulations and hospital policies
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic computer skills and familiarity with data entry software
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus
Prior experience in data entry or administrative roles is preferred
