TEMCA est une filiale âgée de 18 ans produisant et distribuant des produits lubrifiants a la marque TE à l'échelle du pays. Le portefeuille client est principalement constitue des Buying Group , OEMs (Kubota), ventes directes et distributeurs.
Le marché est hautement concurrentiel avec la présence de PetroCanada et des majors Américains et une multitude de macro distributeurs s'organisant avec des structures de plus en plus importantes.
Activities
Réceptionner les commandes et les enregistrer dans le système
Réceptionner les appels client pour rendre un service de niveau 1 (délai livraison, disponibilité produit, retour produit...)
Effectuer le suivi des commandes (interaction avec le service logistique et panification)
Gere les réclamations clients avec le supports des autres équipes
Préparer des soumissions de prix sur demande des clients
Effectuer des appels sortants afin de supporter le développement des ventes et améliorer la satisfaction client
Candidate Profile
DEP Service client et une expérience dans le domaine d'au moins un an.
Bonne communication.
Capacité à travailler sous pression.
Sens du travail d'équipe.
Autonomie et initiative.
Rigueur et précision.
Bilinguisme français et anglais.
~ Connaissances de SAP (atout).
