Our Client and Employer is looking for a Retail Sales Associate for a teenage and children's clothing and products store. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and helping customers find the perfect items for their needs.
Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Assist customers in finding and selecting merchandise, answering questions, and offering product recommendations.
Handle cash register transactions, including processing sales, returns, and exchanges accurately.
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is well-displayed and priced correctly.
Assist in restocking merchandise and maintaining inventory levels.
Stay knowledgeable about current promotions, store policies, and product information.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
High school diploma; Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Excellent English and communication skills.
Willingness to relocate.
Previous experience in clothing stores is a plus.
Our employer is willing to support the RIGHT Candidate for an LMIA and Express Entry.
Hours of Operations: Weekdays 9:30 AM to 5 PM
