Payroll Clerk (Temporary Contract)

The Payroll Specialist supports payroll operations across the U.S. and Latin America, ensuring accurate processing, strong compliance, and timely resolution of employee inquiries. S. payroll analysis, partners with internal teams and external payroll vendors, and maintains high standards of data integrity, audit readiness, and process control across ADP, SAP, and multiple country workflows.

Lead the semimonthly payroll analysis and review for the U.Ensure payroll practices and reporting comply with local, state, and federal laws

Process wage garnishments, child support orders, and subpoenas within required legal timelines

Prepare payroll templates and coordinate payroll inputs for Brazil and Mexico

Collaborate with internal teams and external payroll vendors to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing

Support SOX, internal controls, and statutory audits related to payroll

Assist with and provide backup coverage for Canadian payroll

Maintain and update timeoff and attendance data in SAP for the U.Reconcile PTO balances across ADP and SAP, ensuring alignment and data accuracy

Identify opportunities to streamline payroll processes and support continuous improvement initiatives

Ensure integrity and alignment of payroll and HRIS data across systems

Participate in departmental projects and perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned

BA in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field

• Proficiency in Excel required
• 3+ years of multistate payroll experience in a mediumsized company
• Hybrid schedule: one or two days onsite.

Opportunity to contribute to process improvements and regional payroll standardization efforts.

In addition to the base compensation, certain roles are eligible for additional compensation, including an annual bonus or sales incentive based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.
