2+ years of recent experience as an Auto Body/Collision Estimator
- Strong technical knowledge of collision repairs and parts
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficient with MS Office, Outlook, and DMS/CRM systems (PBS, CDK, MPI or similar)
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
- Schedule: Full-Time; Permanent
Prepare accurate collision repair estimates for customers and insurance partners
Communicate clearly with customers throughout the repair process
Review estimates, invoices, and final repairs with customers
Perform visual inspections before and after repairs for accuracy
