Showroom Sales Associate

About the Role CBRE is actively seeking a Sales Brokerage Associate who will have the unique opportunity to learn and develop their skillsets from our research team (while obtaining his/her commercial real estate license). The individual should be enthusiastic and motivated with excellent relationship building skills.

What You’ll Do

Interact and develop working relationships with landlords, brokers, researchers, and clients on requirements;

Obtain market data from landlords, developers, and other agencies monthly and update CBRE’s database;

Compile market statistics and information for CBRE market reports and publications;

Work directly with brokers to produce timely markets studies, tour books and presentations slides;

Respond to various information requests (zoning, ownership, taxes, etc.) and special projects as required;

Become a resource for brokers for market activity and information;

Other duties may be assigned.

What You’ll Need

Relevant post-secondary education;

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products;

Client focused approach, and strong organizational skills;

Willingness to obtain a real estate trading license.

This job posting is for an existing vacancy within CBRE. CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The salary being offered for this position is $50,000 annually.
