TITLE: Data Entry Clerk- NOC 14111
Permanent, Full - Time - 40 hours a week; Monday - Friday schedule.
RATE: 29.18 per hour to $34.14 per hour.
START DATE: ASAP

The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for supporting the Account Department in the data entry for all financial processing as follows:
Coding and data entry of AP invoices
Data entry for AR invoices
Data entry of client payments
Supports payroll process with data entry
Data entry of month-end journal entries
Maintain spreadsheets for VISA and wire payments
Assist AP/AR Clerk by responding to vendors and customers inquiries, maintain good customer relations, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
