When you join our Claims team you are not just starting a new job you are starting your career at Gore Mutual.

Investigate claims and determine coverage under a customers policy
Inform and educate customers about the claims process
Process claims payments and ensure accurate information is captured within our claims system
Deliver exceptional customer service to our customers and brokers
1-3 years of prior customer service experience

• Undergraduate or post-secondary degree is preferred
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Effective Communication Skills: Ability to convey information clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing to ensure mutual understanding and collaboration among team members and stakeholders
Demonstrating a deep understanding of and sensitivity to the feelings thoughts and experiences of others fostering a positive customer experience
Hybrid: This is a hybrid role that includes the flexibility to work remotely but regular in-person attendance in our Cambridge facility is expected (twice a week Wednesdays and Thursdays).
