CNC Operator - Manufacturing

TalentWorld is recruiting a CNC Machinist in Newmarket, ON for one of its valued partners.

In this position, you will be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC equipment to produce high-quality custom parts, supporting production efficiency and quality standards, directly contributing to the success and operations of our partner company.

Monday to Friday Day Shift with flexible hours and staggered start times

32.00–$40.00 per hour, with overtime available

CNC Machinist Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines and lathes using digital files, drawings, or sample parts
• Program and run CNC equipment efficiently to meet production targets
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues as they arise
• Maintain quality standards and adherence to specifications

CNC Machinist Qualifications:

• Experience programming and operating CNC machines
• Proficiency with CAD/CAM software (Mastercam experience preferred)
• Experience with HAAS automation controls and Heidenhain controls
• Knowledge of conversational machine programming
• Commitment to producing quality work in a safe, team-oriented environment
