We are looking for a driven and passionate Scrum Master to champion agile methodologies and build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement with our Global Payments Engineering team. You will work closely with engineering, product, design, and delivery teams to facilitate agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and ensure alignment around sprint goals and priorities. Your efforts will directly impact the way we deliver value to our customers and enable high-performing teams to thrive.

Facilitate key agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

Partner with Product Owners, Engineering Leads, and other stakeholders to define sprint goals, refine backlogs, and deliver on roadmaps

Oversee and manage program releases and implementations

Support agile adoption and coach team members on Scrum practices and principles

Track and report team progress through agile metrics and tools, and use data to drive continuous improvement

Ability to come to office at least 4 days a week

Act as a steward of agile values, practices, and team health

Comfortable with challenging the status quo and helping others evolve mindsets and behaviors

5+ years of IT experience in the related field

• 3+ years of People Management experience and/or leading large cross-functional/cross-regional teams on major organizational projects, preferably in an agile work environment
• have a learning mindset while intrinsically motivated to learning new tools and techniques
• Intermediate to advanced level of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks, especially Scrum and Kanban
• Proficiency in agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe, or equivalent agile certification is an asset
• Exhibit a high degree of understanding risk management
