Joignez-vous à notre équipe de marketing d'élite qui transforme l'expérience de fidélisation chez TELUS! À titre de gestionnaire du portefeuille TELUS Privilèges, vous serez responsable de définir la vision et de piloter l'exécution de notre programme novateur de fidélisation client. Vous dirigerez une équipe de haut niveau, en mettant l'accent sur la stratégie, la mise en marché et les initiatives d'engagement client. Responsable de l'évolution et de l’adoption du programme de récompenses TELUS Privilèges, vous stimulerez son adoption à travers les services mobiles et résidentiels, identifierez des opportunités de croissance et collaborerez avec des partenaires d'affaires. Assurer le suivi des indicateurs clés de performances (KPI), analyser les tendances et optimiser la performance du programme.
Diriger, encadrer et développer une équipe de professionnels du marketing
Assurer la conformité en collaboration avec les équipes Juridiques, Réglementaires et de la Protection de la vie privée
Excellentes aptitudes en réflexion stratégique et en analyse
Solides compétences en gestion de projet et capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément
Maîtrise l'analytique marketing, du suivi des KPI et de l'optimisation de la performance
Bilinguisme (anglais/français) est un atout
Baccalauréat en marketing, en administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe
Plus de 7 années d'expérience progressive en marketing, dont 3+ années en gestion d'équipe
Innovation: Capacité à concevoir et mettre en œuvre des solutions créatives pour stimuler la croissance du programme
