Your new company Our client operates as a long‑running property management group with a broad mix of residential and commercial real estate across the province, focusing on consistent operations, tenant experience, and reliable day‑to‑day management. Their approach blends steady maintenance practices, structured financial oversight, and a support team that covers leasing, building care, and general portfolio needs. Known for a strong presence in certain BC markets and a growing footprint in others, they offer full‑suite rental management along with related advisory and leasing services.
As a Licensed Residential Property Manager, you will oversee the financial and operational performance of a multi-site residential portfolio. This includes managing budgets, forecasting, and reporting, while ensuring compliance and high standards across all properties. You will provide leadership to on-site teams, foster strong tenant relationships, and collaborate with owners and senior leadership on strategic initiatives, capital planning, and long-term improvements. Your role will also involve implementing marketing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental revenue, coordinating maintenance and vendor services, and monitoring market trends to inform policy decisions.
You hold a Rental Property Manager licence and bring 3–5 years of experience in residential property management. Your financial acumen includes budgeting, variance analysis, and reporting. You have a thorough understanding of the BC Residential Tenancy Act and related legislation, along with proficiency in Microsoft Suite and property management software (ideally Yardi). The role offers a base salary of $100,000-$110,000, bonus, extended health and dental benefits, and three weeks of vacation annually.
