Were building a relationship-oriented bank for the modern world. As a Consultant Procurement you will be responsible for but not limited to managing and fulfilling all procurement and renewal requests ensuring accurate compliance validations artifact retention and entitlement management. This role will require you to analyze complex data from a variety of sources to create a comprehensive and concise view of all relevant data and prepare recommendations on how to proceed in a variety of situations. You will be a trusted advisor acting as a central resource bringing together the business contract management the vendors and legal if required. You will work with a pro-active view of you workstream ensuring timelines are met and processes are optimized for maximum efficiency and data quality.
Details on your work arrangement (proportion of on-site and remote work) will be discussed at the time of your interview.
Decision Making and Critical Thinking - Knowledge of data tools and techniques for effective use of a broad range of factors assumptions and perspectives when solving problems. Problem solving You can develop creative solutions and new ways of thinking about issues and opportunities. 5 years experience in IT/Software Asset Management and the ability to work across multiple organizations within CIBC. You have experience working with Tier 1 Software Vendors (IBM Oracle OpenText Microsoft etc..) and are familiar with a variety of software license models. You have strong self-planning skills sufficient to plan own assignments according to general work plans; You give meaning to data . Help meet business goals by providing better service and value. Develops trusted advisor relationships and provide valued consulting advice to facilitate the effective management of the hardware and software maintenance expenses.
