We are looking for a Visiting Nurse (RN ) who is comfortable providing care to our clients based in Bradford Alliston Beeton Tottenham ON . Our next Visiting Nurse will thrive in a culture made for caring where being flexible and possessing strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills will drive the success of their role.

You will be responsible for caring elderly/ Adults in our clients home.
You thrive on being a self-starter and can work well under minimal supervision.
You are a problem solver at heart and when problems do arise you are able to find solutions and able to provide the best customer service possible.
You are highly organized and excel at managing your schedule.
You have at least 6 months experience within thelast 5 years assessing and treating patients with mental illness and psychiatric diagnosis
Has successfully completed a Community Mental Health Course through an accredited College or University or has recent equivalent knowledge; Canadian certification in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing is preferred (e.g. Canadian Nurses Assoc. You are currently certified as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) with the CNO.
Currently certified with Standard First Aid & CPR/ AED (Level C).
Flexible with shifts and timings.
