Claims Advisor- Telework

Claim Specialist Airline Repair
Reports to:Senior Manager Airline Repair
Location: Remote

As an Airline Claim Specialist youll be the main point of contact for airline partners passengers and vendors. Your focus is helping resolve claims related to damaged mobility equipment by communicating clearly staying organized and finding effective solutions.

Manage mobility equipment claims from intake to resolution
Research vendors and solutions to resolve claims efficiently
Accurately document claim details notes and supporting documents
3 years of customer service experience (claims experience is an asset)

• Creative problem-solving skills
• Typing speed of at least 45 WPM
• Bilingual French or Spanish is an asset
• Flexibility isrequired including eveningsweekendsand statutory holidays

Ability to sit and work at a computer workstation for extended periods
Visual ability to read and interpret information on a computer screen for extended period.
Ability to hear and speak clearly to communicate effectively while inputing data accurately
Active participation in virtual meetings is an essential function of this role. The employee must be able to consistently engage in scheduled video calls presentations and team discussions using various video conferencing platforms.
Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities with attention to detail and responsiveness.
Remote Work Requirements:
Must have access to a reliable internet connection and maintain a professional distraction-free remote work environment when working remotely.
Must be available during assigned shifts unless otherwise approved by management.
Ability to operate a computer keyboard phone/headset and standard office equipment for extended periods.
Proficiency or willingness to learn digital platforms for communication documentation and task management.

Timely responsiveness and presence during scheduled virtual meetings and operational check-ins are expected.
