Maintenance Assistant Health Care

Maintain the grounds surrounding the building ensuring it is safe and aesthetically pleasing
Manage and conduct daily weekly and monthly inspections/checks
Maintain and make adjustments and minor repairs to heating cooling ventilation plumbing electrical systems etc.
Performs other routine maintenance such as painting drywall repair etc.
Contact and follow-up with contractors technicians and service representatives utilized by the organization when necessary
Available for emergency calls
Knows basic carpentry welding furnace repair small appliance repair and safety regulations
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Previous maintenance experience is an asset
Must be able to provide a clear criminal record/vulnerable sector search
