This Network Operations Specialist position requires strong technical expertise in networking technologies to design, implement, optimize, and troubleshoot network infrastructure. Deploy, maintain, upgrade and support network infrastructure

Monitor network performance using various monitoring tools and identify areas for improvement.

Optimize network configurations for improved efficiency and scalability.

Identify and resolve network issues proactively.

Provide technical support to end-users

Maintain documentation of network infrastructure, configurations and processes

Participate in project planning and implementation.

5+ years experience in network operations or a related field.

• Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, routing protocols and principles etc.)
• Experience with network monitoring tools
• Experience with network devices (routers, switches, firewalls).
• Proficiency in troubleshooting network connectivity issues.
• Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
