Role Title: Senior Talent & Growth Consultant Location: Remote – UK, Europe, Canada, USA, Australia
About the Role We are looking for an experienced professional to join our global leadership development community. This role is designed for those who have spent years in the corporate world, specifically in HR, Recruitment, or People Operations and are now looking for a self-directed path where their professional maturity is a direct asset.
&##128313; What You’ll Do
Use proven systems to identify and connect with aspiring leaders and professionals.
Facilitate professional interviews and guide candidates through a structured onboarding journey.
Represent world-class personal development and leadership education programs.
◇ What We’re Looking For
Minimum 7–10 years of professional experience (Seniority Filter).
A background in HR, Talent Acquisition, or Management is highly preferred.
Self-motivated individuals who can dedicate 15+ hours per week to a remote structure.
