As our new Medical Mind , you will become part of a bright, close-knit, international team in The Netherlands. In this key position within our expanding Dutch team, you will help shape and advance Luscii’s digital health programmes. By doing so, you will make a real difference in the daily lives of both patients and healthcare professionals.
Acting as a Clinical Expert in The Netherlands and as a vital link between clinical care and digital innovation, you will play a key role in shaping how Luscii’s technology enhances patient outcomes. In close collaboration with Dutch hospitals, general practitioners and healthcare organizations, care pathways are designed and tailored to align with national guidelines and local needs, ensuring clinical safety and operational relevance.

Your clinical expertise enables you to engage in meaningful dialogues with healthcare professionals and stakeholders, fostering long-term trust and engagement.

Work alongside Dutch hospitals, general practitioners and healthcare organisations to build and optimise Lusciiʼs care programmes;
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dutch clinical guidelines, regulatory frameworks, best practices and digital health standards;
Join meetings with healthcare partners and prospects to offer clinical insights and foster long-term relationships;
Facilitate smooth adoption by translating clinical needs into clear, actionable insights for technical teams;
Determine the fit between the clinical needs of new (international) customers and the Luscii product.

You’re a medical doctor and passionate about digital health and transformation, with hands-on experience in hospital, primary or community care;
You are open to visiting (potential) healthcare partners for in-person meetings when needed;
Curious about self-managing, holacratic work cultures, and ready to thrive in an agile and creative environment;
Fluency in both Dutch and English.

This position requires you to be resident in The Netherlands. There is no use in submitting an application if you are not resident in The Netherlands or do not have a native command of the Dutch language.
