Employment Type: Full-time | Hybrid Work Model
Schedule: We have two roles available with the following shifts:

As a Dispatcher, you will play a key role in managing fleet operations. You will actively contribute to route optimization and operational performance while working closely with an experienced team of dispatchers to support them throughout all phases of operations.
The position is primarily offered in a hybrid model but may require occasional travel within the South Shore region.
Enter and maintain data in various IT systems
Participate in driver training sessions and ensure compliance with rules and procedures
Assign work schedules to local drivers
High school diploma
