Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Part-Time / Casual
Salary Range: $32.00-$36.00 per hour
Shifts: Monday to Friday (Morning shifts), Weekends as needed
Administer vaccinations and provide medical device teachings
Ensure clear and concise documentation of patient care
Maintain regular communication with pharmacists and physicians for effective patient care
Flexibility to work part-time shifts, including weekends, and both AM/PM shifts as required
LPN License in British Columbia (required)
Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle (required for travel to patient homes)
Ability to manage a day-to-day schedule while ensuring excellent patient care
Korean language skills (preferred)
Experience in a similar role providing home-based patient care
