GFL environmental Services is known for tackling the toughest jobs in the most demanding environments. We are currently seeking dedicated industrial high pressure water blaster to join our team! Operate high-pressure and ultra-high pressure water blasting equipment.
Industrial cleaning of chemical non-hazardous and hazardous wastes.
Perform industrial cleaning on surfaces such as tanks vessels pipes and concrete.
Assist in the job site setup and breakdown including safe placement of hoses equipment and signage.
Assist on Vacuum Trucks/plant operations as required.
Operate Pick-up truck utility trailer forklift excavator bobcat etc.
Previous experience with Vacuum Trucks Industrial Power-washing or Water-blasting or Liquid Waste Industry experience strongly preferred.
Must be clean shaven (required for fit testing/respirator)
Experience working in Industrial settings an asset.
Ability to multi-task take direction and work without supervision or within a team at times.
Ability to work flexible hours/shifts days evenings nights & possibly weekends or holidays.
Previous experience with Confined Space Entry or Work at Heights an asset.
Experience working with Respirators and Supplied Air Systems an asset.
