Food preparation and cooking, plating, presentation
Can identify any ergonomic issues or hazards in kitchen and seek guidance on how to remedy
Assist in the preparation and service of all food items for a la carte and/or buffet menus, according to hotel recipes and standards
Follow kitchen policies, procedures and service standards
Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and/or beverage
Previous kitchen experience an asset
Creative and passionate about food and customer service
Must possess and maintain a valid BC Food Safe certification
Visa Requirements: The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.
