Pratiquer l'audiologie clinique et faire l’appareillage des prothèses auditives et d'autres produits liés aux soins auditifs

Vous pensez de manière critique, créative et stratégique lors de l'établissement des besoins des clients et du développement de solutions

Reporting Relationship: You will be a key member of the in-clinic Retail Team, reporting directly to the Regional Sales Director.

Follow the dispensing and Retail Audiology process as outlined in the RSOP (Required Standards of Practice) Manual

Provide an exceptional client experience, focused on client counselling, product education and recommendation, orientation, and troubleshooting

Conduct verbal and written correspondence related to client care with clients, their families, physicians, team members, and third-party payees

You think critically, creatively, and strategically when establishing customer needs and developing solutions

You have a "Can-Do" attitude and approach, and a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure client satisfaction and clinic success

Must be qualified as a HIP/HIS or Audiologist (M.More About Us to Help You Prepare for a Career You'll Love
