As an Outside Sales Representative , you’ll be empowered to generate profitable business from the range of equipment our profit center specializes in. You’ll develop your territory, implement sales plans to grow the business, maintain strong customer relationships, and help build Sunbelt’s national brand identity.
Develop and execute territory sales plans to expand existing customer base and attract new customers.
Visit all customers within a five-week cycle and maintain positive relationships.
Solicit business through planned visits, cold calls, and phone outreach.
Provide technical sales and application solutions for customers.
Coordinate and participate in strategic entertainment of customers.
Complete administrative duties promptly (sales plans, reports, customer records).
Communicate with Marketing, Profit Center Manager, and Rental Manager regarding equipment availability and rental programs.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience in equipment rental, construction, or similar industry.
~2+ years of direct sales experience.

Strong project management, new business development, and customer retention skills.
Solution-selling approach with ability to learn technical/engineering concepts.
Ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Work indoors and outdoors as required.
