CNC Machinist - Full Time Morning Shift

We are hiring for a full-time CNC Machinist / Programmer in Waterloo to join our team. You will handle custom machining, programming, and setup. Earn a competitive hourly wage between $30 and $35 based on your specific machining proficiency.
- Secure a permanent, direct hire role with a stable manufacturing employer.
- Work a consistent Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM schedule in a professional Waterloo facility.
- Access a robust health plan covering 100% of medical and vision costs plus 80% dental.
Operate one 5-axis CNC lathe and various CNC 4 to 5 axis mills.
- Run equipment using HAAS and Mazak controls.
- Possess a 429A General Machinist, Tool and Die, Mold Maker, or MTBI certification.
- Maintain proficiency using Mastercam software to develop programs for production.
- Hold the ability to achieve tight tolerances reaching 0.0005 inches during manufacturing.
