UX/UI Designer with User Design Experience

We are looking for a highly skilled UI/UX Designer with deep expertise in Figma to craft exceptional digital experiences that are intuitive, visually compelling, and aligned with business goals. You will play a key role in transforming user needs and business requirements into elegant, user-centered design solutions that enhance usability and delight.
Key Responsibilities
User Research & Discovery
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand business goals and user needs.
Conduct user interviews, competitor analysis, and usability studies to inform design direction.
Translate insights into actionable design decisions and experience improvements.
UX Strategy & Design
Create user flows, wireframes, and information architecture that define the structure and interaction of digital products.
Design with accessibility and scalability in mind, ensuring user journeys are smooth across devices and platforms.
Conduct A/B testing and iterate based on feedback and data.
UI Design & Prototyping
Design high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and design systems using Figma as the primary tool.
Develop and maintain design systems , components, and style guides to ensure brand and UX consistency.
Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless design handoff and implementation fidelity.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with engineers, product managers, and marketing teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to maintain quality and innovation.
Advocate for design thinking and user-centered processes within the organization.

Key Requirements

• Proficiency in Figma — advanced knowledge of components, variants, auto-layout, prototyping, and design systems.
• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design (preferably in product, SaaS, or data center environments).
• Strong understanding of UX principles , information architecture , and interaction design .
• Experience conducting user research, testing, and iterative design .
• Familiarity with tools like FigJam , Miro , or Notion for collaboration and ideation.
• Understanding of responsive and adaptive design for web and mobile platforms.
