Carlson Construction Group is seeking a Document Controller to support our dynamic construction teams across a wide range of exciting projects.
In this role youll be instrumental in managing and safeguarding project documentationensuring accuracy accessibility and compliance with both company and client standards. Youll work closely with project managers engineers and field teams to maintain physical and electronic records uphold document control protocols and contribute to the smooth execution of our construction operations.
Document Controller

Support project teams by maintaining job-related documentation
Code and enter data from electronic records
Perform document quality control including filing revision updates distribution and disposal
Handle time-sensitive and confidential materials
Provide general administrative support to project teams and the company
Experience in administrative roles with a focus on records/document management
Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook)
Construction-related diploma/degree and 5 years of scheduling experience or equivalent technical training

Pulp & Paper (an asset)
Oil/Gas/Chemical Refining
Competitive salary: $60000 $75000 per year plus performance bonus eligibility
