This is a remote position; The successful candidate must be available to attend a local office, meeting, training session, or company event if requested.
Remote does not mean the position is open worldwide.
Bridgepoint Maintenance is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to attend residential properties and complete cleaning services, move-in/move-out cleans, rental turnover cleaning, and property-readiness cleaning.
This role is ideal for someone who is experienced, professional, organized, and able to work independently in the field.
The right person should be comfortable following cleaning checklists, documenting completed work, and identifying property issues that may need follow-up before showings, inspections, or move-in.

Attend residential properties for cleaning appointments, move-in/move-out cleaning, and rental turnover cleaning
Complete general residential cleaning according to company standards
Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, hallways, appliances, floors, surfaces, cabinets, and fixtures
Identify areas that require additional cleaning, repair, maintenance, junk removal, or follow-up work
Take clear before-and-after photos and videos of the property and completed cleaning work
Provide clear updates, notes, photos, videos, and details after each visit
Follow company instructions, cleaning checklists, access instructions, and appointment details
Move-in cleaning
Move-out cleaning
Rental turnover cleaning
Deep cleaning
Kitchen cleaning
Bathroom cleaning
Appliance cleaning
Floor cleaning
Dusting and surface cleaning
Cabinet and drawer cleaning
Window sill and baseboard cleaning
Garbage removal and light debris cleanup
Property-readiness cleaning before showings, inspections, or move-in
Previous experience as a cleaner, housekeeper, cleaning contractor, residential cleaner, or similar role
Strong knowledge of residential cleaning standards
Necessary cleaning supplies and equipment available for each appointment
iPhone 13 or equivalent smartphone with a high-quality camera
Comfortable taking clear photos and videos of properties and completed cleaning work
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Experience with move-in, move-out, or rental turnover cleaning
Experience cleaning residential properties before showings, inspections, or move-in
Experience working independently in the field for a property management, cleaning, maintenance, or home services company
They take pride in clean, professional work and understand that properties need to be ready for showings, inspections, turnover, and move-in.
They follow instructions carefully, complete cleaning checklists properly, document work with photos and videos, and report any concerns they notice at the property.

Smartphone with a high-quality camera
Ability to travel between residential properties
Ability to submit clear updates, photos, videos, and notes after each visit
This role is focused on cleaning and property-readiness work. Cleaners are expected to report any damage, maintenance concerns, junk removal needs, pest concerns, access issues, or unsafe conditions they notice at the property so the appropriate team can follow up.
