Retail Associate - Full Time / À Temps Plein

Job Responsibility:
The gift room associate role will be in an essential position in providing and ensuring a consistent and high standard of customer service. The position will consist of providing excellent customer service and creating an inviting educational customer experience. They will be responsible to grow their own personal knowledge through either internal or external means.
Responsibilities
Provide superior customer service and is attentive to customers questions, comments, and complaints. Greeting customers as they arrive and work at the customer service desk.
Able to assist and educate customers with product selections in all price ranges regardless of the size of the order.
Knowledgeable about the different types of glassware and cocktail accessories.
Build and wrap gift baskets based on customer budgets or preferences.
Able to wrap single bottle, cello, crate, and boxes to a high standard. Merchandize the wraps so they represent the Willow Park Wines & Spirits brand.
Coordinate simple deliveries and follow up on pickup orders.
Opening and closing the store and completing the opening and closing gift room duties.
Following AGLC regulations.
Ensuring adequate stocking and facing of the shelves is completed. Making sure items and displays are tagged properly and full.
Assist with putting away orders and stocking the shelves.
Spending time organizing product selections under the direction of a department lead.
Maintaining a clean and organized store free of debris in both customer and non-customer areas. Higher standards of dusting with glassware.
Ensuring proper care of equipment and reporting any repair needs to store management.
Responsible for participating in inventory counts.
Promote all store initiatives and programs.
Cultivate a customer base through strong customer service and regular interactions.
Assist on till at non-peak times.
Qualifications & Skills required
Minimum of six months of previous industry experience
Basic Microsoft Office Skills
Strong time management skills
Proven problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
Effective organizational and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and follow-through skills.
Must have the ability to work independently and as a team.
Able to lift to fifty pounds.
Open availability Monday to Sunday as per business needs
